Christa Shingledecker has a diverse background in the finance and accounting industries having worked in corporations and financial institutions. Christa has extensive knowledge in bookkeeping, income tax preparation for individuals and small business, payroll and payroll taxes, preparation of 1099’s and W2 forms, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month end financial statements.  

Christa uses her customer service skills to assist clients with their questions concerning their insurance accounts and annuities. As needed, she also spends time with clients helping them to understand their insurance documents.

Christa is Licensed with of the State of Ohio Department of Insurance for Accident, Health, and Life Insurance. Christa has a degree in both Accounting and Business, and holds various tax certifications.  She also has training in the Medicare industry.

Christa is married and has two children.  She enjoys running, playing volleyball, and reading and is actively involved in various non-profit organizations.
