Paula Pollander

Paula Pollander is the Technology Coordinator, for The Jervis Financial Group. Coming from a diverse, professional background, Paula is responsible for managing the new client onboarding process, and the overall customer service model. She facilitates client correspondence along with organizing marketing materials and events.

Paula worked at the University of Michigan-Flint for 21 years serving in various capacities. She worked as Accessibility Coordinator/Student Counselor working with students with various disabilities. She also worked in the Career Development Center for several years assisting students with career preparation, internship prospects, and connecting students and employers for full-time positions. Her professional areas of expertise included goal setting, time management, and teaching effective customer service skills.

Since leaving the university setting, she has worked in the property management and real estate fields in Florida and Ohio. Paula holds a Master’s of Science degree in College Student Personnel Services from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Akron.

Currently residing in Brookfield, Ohio Paula enjoys spending time with her family and friends, antiques, and auto racing.
